Mekel Rogers is a conductor and composer of music for concert band and string orchestra. His compositions are published by the FJH Music Company and Grand Mesa Music.
Mekel is a classically trained hornist and has been involved in instrumental music education since 1995. His compositions have received numerous Editor's Choice Awards from the Pepper Music Company and have been performed at The Midwest Clinic in Chicago as well as honor band clinics and music educator conferences throughout the United States, Canada, England, Scotland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Japan, China, and Australia.
